Where do you ship from?
We partner with trusted fulfillment centers globally. Depending on availability, your order may be shipped from different locations.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since we process orders quickly to get them to you faster, changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this, your order will already be in processing. Once delivered, you may return it if needed.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal for secure and convenient payments.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before tracking details are sent to you.

How long will it take to receive my order?
On average, shipping takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your country and customs clearance.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order does not arrive within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. For credit/debit cards, refunds usually take 7–10 business days depending on your bank. If you haven’t received your refund yet, contact your card provider for details.
